LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A Fayette County mother is in jail, accused of assaulting a school bus monitor.
Police say Tori Wright got on a school bus last Thursday and punched a monitor in the face multiple times. She was charged with third degree assault and is being held in the Fayette County jail.
Wright’s family says there is more to the story, saying she was trying to protect her child.
