RICHMOND, KY – Kentucky State Police Post 7 has announced periodic traffic safety checkpoints across 11 Central Kentucky counties as part of ongoing highway safety enforcement efforts.
According to Kentucky State Police, the checkpoints are intended to promote roadway safety while focusing on impaired driving, vehicle equipment violations, registration and insurance compliance, and driver licensing enforcement.
