CYNTHIANA, Ky. (WKYT) – A family is suing a Harrison County nursing home, claiming neglect cost an 84-year-old man his leg.
A lawsuit claims the man developed a severe bone infection and bedsores so bad they became infested with maggots. Doctors had to amputate his leg.
