A Lincoln man is facing multiple charges after a struggle with police Wednesday morning. LPD Public Information Manager Erika Thomas says Officers were called to the area of 52nd and Cornhusker Highway around 7:30 a.m. on a report of a man passed out on a bench.
“When they contacted him, he had a syringe, which later tested positive for meth, and refused to identify himself,” Thomas says. “As officers attempted to take him into custody for drug paraphernalia, he resisted and began fighting.”…
