LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Pancho Villa Mexican Grill has been serving the Lincoln community for the last 16 years, but with the construction on Cornhusker Highway fewer customers are making their way to the restaurant.
Lisa Santana and her husband moved to Lincoln from Arizona to be closer with family and to raise their children. Now the entire family works alongside one another, but that’s all the restaurant’s budget can afford.
