LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – SoulFULL Cocina, a BBQ restaurant in northeast Lincoln, announced on Monday that their owner and chef, Manuel Hurd, has officially been cleared to return to work.
Hurd, otherwise known as Chef Chubb, suffered from a stroke last Friday, while working at his restaurant.
