LANCASTER COUNTY, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was found guilty of motor vehicle homicide on Monday. The fatal crash occurred east of Waverly, last November.
Justin Plugge, 45, of Lincoln, was found guilty of misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide. He is set to be sentenced on Dec. 11.
