LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A David City couple was arrested after two children in their home claimed they’d been locked up in their basement multiple times. According to an affidavit for the detention of children, a 4-year-old girl was interviewed by police after she spoke to a teacher about fights going on between her parents.
