WAHOO, Neb. (WOWT) – A woman facing charges in a fatal November crash in Saunders County turned herself in to authorities earlier this week. Madisyn Haack, 23, of Bennington, has been charged with felony DUI motor-vehicle homicide and felony manslaughter in the death of Bryce Budz, 23, of Ashland. She was also charged with two misdemeanors: DUI above .15, and willful reckless driving, according to a release from the Saunders County Sheriff’s Office.
