LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln animal shelter is near capacity of dogs that need a new roof over their head. A promotion is running for dogs at the Capital Humane Society till Sunday. All dogs 5 months and older will be reduced 50% off their original adoption fee.
