Woman accused of stabbing guest who called house dirty

In Lincoln, Nebraska, a 24-year-old woman is facing assault charges after allegedly assaulting two women in her apartment, including stabbing one of them below the eye.

According to KOLN-TV, on Sunday, Feb. 11, just after midnight, Lincoln Police Department officers responded to a residence on North 37th Street and Madison Avenue regarding a stabbing. Upon arrival, police found two females who claimed Tatiana Iniguez attacked them after they commented on the cleanliness of her house, which they found lacking due to the presence of two children.

Iniguez allegedly choked one victim and then punched the other as she attempted to intervene. Subsequently, Iniguez reportedly grabbed a knife and slashed one of the women in the face, resulting in a 1/2-inch laceration below her eye. The victim who was stabbed also exhibited defensive wounds on her hands.

KOLN reports that at the time of the altercation, four children were present in the home. Police officers observed an “extreme amount” of dog feces and deceased mice in the basement, along with other unclean items of clothing.
