LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Another person has been arrested in connection to an embezzlement scheme in Lincoln. Police arrested 43-year-old Ryan Brown, of Lincoln, on Friday. He’s facing a single count of theft by deception $5,000+. His case is tied to a scheme that landed a 34-year-old woman in jail last week.
