LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man is accused of breaking into a closed business with two teens and taking a go-kart for a spin in Norfolk. The Norfolk Police Division arrested 19-year-old Bradley Tackett and two 13-year-old boys on Tuesday. Around 5:30 p.m., officers were called to Nor-Sports, a closed business with batting cages, bumper boats and a go-kart track.
