LINCOLN, Neb. – A gas leak led to a neighborhood being evacuated following a gas leak in north Lincoln Tuesday afternoon. At 8:20 a.m., Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to the leak at North 33rd Street and Folkways Boulevard. LFR Battalion Chief Jim Bopp said was quickly evacuated and part of North 33rd Street was shut down as LFR and black hills energy crew responded to the scene.
