LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Police Department is investigating after gunshots were fired in two neighborhoods over the weekend. Officers responded to 19th and Benton streets shortly after midnight on Sept. 14 after a caller reported hearing gunshots outside their home, according to LPD. Police recovered three 9mm shell casings at the scene.
