LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Police took four teenagers into custody after they were found using stolen cars and attempting to flee from officers. At 2:42 p.m. Wednesday, an officer located an unoccupied 2015 red Kia Optima in a parking lot near 14th and Rose streets. The vehicle had been reported stolen the previous day from a home near 11th and Peach streets. Police began surveillance on the stolen Kia.
