LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Advocates and emergency agencies recently completed two-day training in Lincoln to improve the way they help victims of domestic violence. On Monday and Tuesday, law enforcement officers and community members learned about ways to improve the efficacy of their collaboration in a way that respects survivors.
