Lincoln officials highlight benefits of $14 million stormwater bond on November ballot

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln city officials are educating voters on what approving a nearly $14 million stormwater bond issue on the November General Election ballot would do on the November General Election ballot. Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird, Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Director Liz Elliott, and flood management experts discussed the benefits of stormwater improvement projects at a news conference Thursday morning.
