Nebraska cornerback Tommi Hill is expected to play Saturday against UCLA , according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
“Source: Nebraska star cornerback Tommi Hill is expected to play against UCLA,” Thamel wrote on Twitter . “He’s been dealing with a foot injury that cost him three games so far this year. Safety Malcolm Hartzog is expected to try and be available if needed, as he’s dealing with a hamstring injury.”

Hill hasn’t played since October 19 against Indiana and he’s missed three games in total this season. Overall, he has 16 total tackles, nine solo tackles, one interception and a defensive touchdown.
As a member of the Class of 2021, Hill was a four-star recruit out of Orlando (Fla.) Edgewater, according to the On3 Industry Ranking , a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 23 overall prospect in the state, the No. 11 cornerback in the class and the No. 152 overall prospect in the class.
