College brings so many opportunities, connections and chances to grow, but at a cost. Many students grew up knowing that after high school they would inevitably attend at least a four year college and start their adult life thereafter. It is put into young students’ minds that college is the only way to succeed, and it is hard to get by financially without a degree in hand.
