As the east coast’s polls closed at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, the Lancaster County Republicans hosted a watch party at the Cornhusker Marriott in downtown Lincoln. What started as a small crowd quickly grew, with as many as 300 people turning out and supporting the Grand Old Party.
