LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Portions of streets in downtown Lincoln will temporarily close on Friday for holiday light installations. Lincoln Transportation and Utilities said 12th and 13th streets on P Street will close. During this time, LTU recommends drivers to detour to P Street to 12th Street to O Street.
