LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Police arrested a man after he caught a ride from an apparently well-meaning citizen and stole their car, court records show. Officers were called to a gas station near 16th Street and Old Cheney Road just before 11 p.m. on Thursday on report of a stolen vehicle. They spoke with a man who reported his 2013 Chevy Equinox as stolen.
