Connections are everything in life and a connection paid off in a big way as Wake Forest landed a big fish out of the portal in Fa’alili Fa’amoe. Fa’amoe hails from American Samoa and enrolled at Washington State in 2020 as a 6-foot-5, 216-pound defensive end. After a couple of years of rehab, he moved over to the offensive line and started 28 games, all at right tackle with his weight up to 314 pounds.
