Lincoln City Libraries shows off 3D-printed creations

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – You probably knew you could print and copy things at the library, but did you know you can also 3D print too?

Four of Lincoln’s City Libraries are equipped with 3D printers, and on Monday the Gere Branch showed off some of its creations to teach people about the process.

Projects included fidget toys, articulating creatures, miniatures and other shapes. Leanne Dynneson, a library service associate, said she’s also printed practical items like bookmarks, pencil holders and an ice scraper…
