Auto shop owner agrees with Lincoln racing rule but says it won’t stop the noise

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department started enforcing the nuisance vehicle ordinance on Tuesday.

The ordinance allows officers to impound vehicles involved in street racing and reckless driving.
