Investigators make arrest after meth tossed from vehicle in north Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man is facing felony drug charges after police say he was caught with more than 140 grams of methamphetamine during a late-night traffic stop in north Lincoln.

During his arraignment Tuesday in Lancaster County Court, Richard Guilliatt, 55, was charged with possession of over 140 grams of methamphetamine and possession of money while having controlled substances.

The Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force saw Guilliatt’s vehicle near 27th and Superior streets Monday at 11:50 p.m. Investigators had received information that Guilliatt had been an active source of meth in Lincoln.

At 11:54 p.m., law enforcement stopped Guilliatt for a traffic stop near North 17th and Hartland streets…
