University Catering hosted a “Catering Culinary Preview” Thursday evening to showcase their new menu items to students and recognized student organizations.
According to Laurel Hogan, catering sales and events coordinator, University Catering is the “exclusive caterer” for events of over 30 people in Nebraska Unions and Willa Cather Dining Complex. RSOs may also request to have food delivered to other on-campus spaces…
