Supporters of plans to build an Indigenous garden at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln gathered Sunday morning to bless the chosen site for its construction.
The future garden between Brace Laboratory and the Woods Art Building will be a multipurpose opportunity for the visibility of the Indigenous community at UNL and will serve as a comforting and welcoming message to prospective and current Native students and staff.
