GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) – The Nebraska Court of Appeals has upheld the conviction and sentence of a teenager connected to a 2023 murder at Fonner Park.
On March 9, 2023, 62-year-old Todd Scherer of Lincoln was killed in a horse barn at Fonner Park.
