Woman sentenced for fatally poisoning her husband with meth and fentanyl

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN/Gray News) – A woman in Nebraska will be spending up to two decades in prison after being sentenced for her husband’s death.

Amanda Wright, 42, was sentenced to 19 to 20 years behind bars after she pleaded no contest to manslaughter earlier this year in the death of her husband, 38-year-old Zachary Svoboda.
