LPD Arrests Suspect in Thursday Morning Armed Robbery

LINCOLN–(KFOR June 6)–Lincoln Police have made an arrest in the Thursday morning armed robbery of the Fat Dog’s convenience store near NW 12th and West Adams.

Follow up done by officers led to 30-year-old Kain Brandt being responsible for the robbery. He was arrested Thursday for robbery and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony. It shortly after 4am on Thursday, when a suspect, later identified as Brandt, walked in with a pocketknife and went to the counter demanding money…
