LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man accused of driving suspects away from the scene of a north Lincoln shooting that critically injured two people was arraigned Tuesday in Lancaster County Court.
Donald Handy, 55, of Lincoln is charged with two counts of accessory to a felony. A judge set his bond at 10% of $100,000. He’s due back in court for a hearing on July 9.
Investigators with the Lincoln Police Department were called to a home near 26th and Potter streets on June 7 around 10:30 a.m. for a stabbing. However, when police arrived, they found a 41-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, both of Lincoln, with gunshot wounds…
