LPD: Lincoln man arrested after crashing car into utility pole, running from officers

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln man was arrested Friday after police say he crashed his car into a utility pole in northeast Lincoln.

Just before 6 p.m., Lincoln Police — along with Lincoln Fire & Rescue — were sent to the area of 56th and Francis streets for an injury crash.

According to LPD, a silver 2007 Dodge Caliber was driving south on 56th Street when the driver hit the curb, drove into a yard and hit a utility pole…
