LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man accused of stalking a woman in Lincoln was arrested over the weekend.
Lincoln Police officers were called to the area of 21st and P streets on Saturday for an open line to 911. The dispatcher could hear a woman in distress with a man, and was able to pinpoint their location.
Arriving officers found a 41-year-old man and 23-year-old woman, who gestured she needed help, police said. Officers attempted to contact the man, Matthew Hill, who resisted those efforts and was taken into custody…
