LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Since 1995, there has been at least one constant at the Lancaster County Courthouse: Judge Laurie J. Yardley, who announced her decision to retire just last week.
“It’s a hard decision,” she said. “I really like coming to court. I thought it was probably time to give someone else an opportunity to get behind the bench.”
