LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A large tree came crashing through the roof of a Lincoln apartment Thursday morning, leaving one family displaced.
It happened near 66th Street and Logan Avenue in the Havelock neighborhood as strong wind gusts—up to 50 miles per hour—swept through the area. One unit has significant roof damage, with a gaping hole left in the ceiling and insulation scattered across the living room.
