LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – For the past 19 years, the Foster Care Closet in Lincoln has worked to supply kids across Nebraska with the clothes, shoes, toys, hygiene products and essential supplies they need to grow up.
But last month, the nonprofit was informed that after 12 years of partnering with Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services, the agency would not be renewing its contract.
