LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The City of Lincoln’s mission to expand affordable housing is taking shape in the Foxtail Meadows neighborhood, located at South Folsom Street and West Pioneers Boulevard.
The project, led by Hoppe Development, aims to create more than 600 units for rent and sale at affordable prices, establishing a mixed-income community.
