LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — Chaotic, inconvenience, frustration — all words Lincolnites have used to express opinions on road construction happening across the city.
“You get to about a 5:00 setting or morning rush traffic and it gets backed up pretty quick,” said Jeff Melichar, owner of Melichar’s 66, located at 48th Street and Normal Boulevard. “It’s very chaotic.”
