Lincoln Man Arrested Following Reported Burglary at Central Lincoln Home

LINCOLN–(KFOR July 16)–A 42-year-old Lincoln man is in jail, after he allegedly kicked in the door to a home near 44th and Valley Road early Tuesday evening, asking where his daughter was at before leaving.

Lincoln Police public information manager Erika Thomas says officers found out that Steven Gray had been at the home earlier, getting his belongings from the victim’s daughter and refused to leave. The daughter had also left after the first incident.

Thomas says the victim reported that Gray pushed his way into the home by using a towel to keep the door from closing and pulled out what was believed to be a gun, where he apparently inserted a clip and pointed it toward him before leaving…
