Brothers arrested after helping run ‘chop shop’ in Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Two brothers accused of helping their sibling run a chop shop in Lincoln was charged on Wednesday.

Yahya Majeed, 19, and Samh Majeed, 18, were each charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking $5,000+ and two counts of tampering with physical evidence. Their bonds were set at 10% of $7,500.

Their arrests come after their brother, 20-year-old Bahram Majeed, was arrested and accused of selling parts from stolen vehicles out of his home last month. He’s charged with six felonies…
