Man accused of child enticement in Lincoln charged again in central Nebraska

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man who was recently accused of child enticement in Lincoln now faces new enticement charges in Grand Island.

Court records show 34-year-old Luke Woodral faces an additional eight charges of child enticement by electronic device out of Hall County Court.

According to an arrest affidavit, Woodral spoke with someone whom he believed to be a 14-year-old girl in Grand Island between Dec. 13, 2024 and June 26.

Police said he repeatedly insisted that he and the girl should have sex but told her the only reason they couldn’t is because she lived in Grand Island and he didn’t have a car or a job…
