Police investigating after downtown Lincoln city library vandalized

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Police are investigating a vandalism at a downtown Lincoln city library.

Around 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Lincoln Police officers responded to the report of a vandalism at the Bennett Martin Public Library, located near 14th and N streets.

LPD said someone used blue and black markers to write vulgar language on the cement flower bed in front of the library. The names Penny and Gorgie were also written…
