Carnival worker charged with child enticement

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — A carnival worker working at the Nebraska State Fair has been charged with enticing an investigator he thought was a 14-year-old.

Todd Brown, 46, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who was employed by Wade Shows and operated carnival rides, is charged in Hall County Court with one count of enticement by electronic device.
