LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A 25-year-old man was arrested after fondling a 12-year-old girl in broad daylight, according to Lincoln Police.
Officers arrested Gavin Neverve, of Lincoln, at his home early Wednesday morning. He is charged with one count of third-degree sexual assault of a child.
