Wahoo police officer accused of strangling, beating woman, court records show

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — A Wahoo police officer is accused of beating and strangling a Pawnee City woman on Friday.

Officers arrested 28-year-old Juan Ramirez Jr. in Lincoln on Monday. He’s charged with assault by strangulation and third-degree domestic violence.
