Snack Korner is a Korean-style ramen restaurant located on P Street. Unlike most food options in Lincoln, Snack Korner does not do any of the cooking for the customers. They offer a unique DIY experience that allows you to fully customize your choice of instant ramen noodles.
“Walking in, it feels like those TikTok videos or YouTube videos of Korean grocery stores,” Regan Lambe, senior marketing major, said. “When you walk in, to your left you see a lot of drinks and to your right you see a whole wall of any ramen packet you want. Then you can pick certain flavors and certain things to put in it.”
