Now that the Nebraska football team is trying to bounce back from its first loss of the season, Husker head coach Matt Rhule is keeping it real.
During his weekly press conference, Rhule talked about a number of subjects. He touched on how many NU players are frustrated that they couldn’t get over the hump vs. the Wolverines. However, he also knows that frustration doesn’t accomplish much, and at this point in his tenure, no one wants to hear they’re frustrated. Everyone wants the team to simply win.

“No one cares about your feelings,” Rhule told the assembled media. You know, I was frustrated, they’re frustrated. Play better. You know, that’s the message.” He added that his Nebraska squad has to put their feelings aside and move on.
“Play better, practice better. You know, I mean, it’s just… No one’s coming to rescue you. There’s a lot of really good teams out there that are frustrated after a loss.”…
