LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was arrested Monday morning after authorities said he fired a handgun multiple times in west Lincoln.
Deputies responded to the report of a man yelling and firing a handgun while walking along West A Street near Southwest 40th Street at 9:30 a.m. According to multiple reports, the man was firing into the air and ground.
Deputies and Lincoln Police arrived and found the man, later identified as 49-year-old Ryan Sabin, of Lincoln, in different clothing than initially reported. He was not in possession of a firearm when he was taken into custody, according to LSO…
